All good, Adam Rand was excellent to work with! Great follow through and patience. I���m not normally comfortable with sales associates but he made it a good experience. The Sales Manager Tyler Shay outwardly was not very nice to Adam and that made me uncomfortable, he was abrupt and somewhat rude to him which made me tense and uncomfortable, but Adam seemed to just brush it off, never showing it if it was bothering him. This showed good character to me. Well done to Adam! ������
