My salesman, Gil Machado, was very helpful in my lease return, and in leasing a new Equinox. His professionalism and friendly attitude made the transaction easy and understandable. I have been a Tracy Motors customer for many years and I am sorry to see it end, but with salesmen like Gil I'm sure I'll be a customer at the new dealership for service and new purchases.

I came to Tracy to get a sticker and also a new battery in my spare key fob. I was greeted immediately by a very friendly gentleman. ( I didn't get his name.) I went into the showroom to see some of the new cars and also to see one specific salesman, Brian Downey. He has taken care of my car needs for several years including the 2020 Trax that I'm buying now. Every salesman in the place is friendly and helpful. Sticker took less than an hour and I was on my way home. Thanks Tracy Chevrolet!
