Review Details

I gave 5 stars because Chuck and the other service department consultants are good at managing customer expectations in a positive and personal way. Chuck even used his technical skills to research my problems to help resolve them faster. However, I have been in three times now and the park assist still doesn't work on my 2021 C8 Corvette. Well, they do say 4th times a charm. I do understand why this has been such a lengthy process. It's just frustrating when you drop it off for the day and the only thing done is topping off the washer fluid.
